We’ll start with a 30-min exploratory call to better understand your circumstances and desired outcomes. We’ll then move into a discovery phase where I will meet with stakeholders to refine goals, timeline, and key team members involved. From there, we’ll move into a design phase, and then an implementation phase. After that, you and your team can decide if you would like to bring me in for ongoing maintenance, or, if you would like for us collectively to come up with a maintenance plan that you and your team will use going forward without my help.
